811 is a free-of-charge provincial health information and advice phone line available in British Columbia. By calling 8-1-1, you can speak to a health services navigator, who can help you find health information and services; or connect you directly with a registered nurse, a registered dietitian or a pharmacist. Learn more here.

211 provides information on shelters, wildfires, harm reduction for toxic drugs, and support for displaced Ukrainians. 211 is a free, 24/7, confidential resource in British Columbia. The Chase Health Center, approximately 30 minutes from Scotch Creek, offers Lab & X-ray services. Learn more here.

Community Paramedic

The North Shuswap has a community paramedic which assists individuals manage medical conditions and prevent medical emergencies. This service is offered on a referral basis. Learn more here.

North Shuswap First Responders

The North Shuswap First Responders works in collaboration with British Columbia Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) to provide emergency medical care to the North Shuswap while paramedics are on route.
